01Choose Your Printing ProductsCatalogue, quantities and specifications
Browse our printing catalogue and choose the products required for your business, campaign or exhibition. Configure the available options for each product, including format, quantity, material, printing sides and finishing.
You can add several different products to one enquiry and review them together in your Enquiry Basket.
02Prepare Your ArtworkFiles, design support and print readiness
Tell us whether you already have print-ready artwork, need graphic design assistance or would like advice. Our team can review your files and advise on the appropriate production requirements.
Depending on the product, we may request a print-ready PDF, suitable resolution, correct dimensions, bleed and colour settings. Final requirements will be confirmed before production.
03Complete Your EnquiryBasket, delivery details and reference number
Review your selected products and complete the enquiry form with your company information, delivery destination, requested deadline and project instructions.
After confirming the form, a unique enquiry reference is generated. You can send the enquiry by WhatsApp or email, copy the details, or download your PDF enquiry summary.

04Receive Your QuotationPrice, availability and delivery feasibility
HMi reviews your requirements, artwork status, quantities, production options and requested delivery date. We then prepare an individual quotation covering the confirmed scope, pricing and expected lead time.
Express, same-day or 24-hour services may be available for selected projects, subject to technical feasibility, capacity and written confirmation.
05Approve the Details & PaymentFinal artwork and production authorization
Before production begins, review and approve the quotation, product specifications, artwork and delivery arrangements. Any required changes should be communicated before final approval.
Production begins only after the necessary confirmations and agreed advance payment have been received. The applicable terms will be provided during the ordering process.
06Production & Quality ControlPrinting, finishing and preparation
Once your order is approved, we coordinate printing, finishing and preparation according to the confirmed specifications. Our team checks relevant artwork and production requirements throughout the process.
Production methods and turnaround times vary by product, quantity, finishing requirements and workload.
07Delivery Across GermanyOffice, hotel or exhibition venue
We arrange delivery to the confirmed destination, including business addresses, hotels and exhibition venues where feasible.
For trade-show deliveries, please provide the exhibition name, venue, hall, stand number, contact person and required delivery window. Venue restrictions and courier availability may affect delivery arrangements.

Artwork & Printing Files
Please avoid preparing final production artwork based on assumptions about the required dimensions.
This is not a full proofreading, content verification or comprehensive design approval service. A technical review does not guarantee detection of every file or design issue.
HMi normally receives the supplied production file rather than the customer's original editable design project. We therefore cannot independently verify every element against the original design or intended appearance.
Errors already present in customer-approved files are generally the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable law. Any separate proofreading or design service must be expressly agreed.
Order Confirmation & Payment
Production scheduling and lead times begin only after all required conditions have been met, including payment, final artwork approval and confirmation of the necessary order details.
Changes are not automatically possible. Feasibility depends on the production stage and may affect pricing or delivery timing. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Production & Delivery
Express deadlines must be individually reviewed and confirmed by HMi before they become part of an order.
For exhibition deliveries, please also confirm the venue, hall, stand number, on-site contact and required delivery window.
We will check whether the address or delivery instructions can still be changed. Additional transport costs, delays or redirection charges may apply. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
Please provide all relevant venue details, including hall and stand number, recipient, access restrictions and delivery window. Venue logistics requirements and courier availability must be considered.
Returns & After-Sales Support
Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected. Please review the applicable terms before confirming your order.
We will review the matter against the confirmed specifications and applicable terms. Reporting issues promptly helps us investigate them efficiently and does not remove any mandatory statutory rights.
