Send us mail with some important information, which makes our support team to organise incoming mails easier.

For sending Inquiry/Order mail, please provide us important information such as:

• Name (First name, Last Name)
• Company Name (Including the company type, such as LLC/ GmbH and etc.)
• Company Address (Including city and country)
• Event Name (If you are attending any)
• Complete Information about the Event (If you are attending any, provide us information such as the subject of event, date of event and any other information if you think is necessary)
• Phone number (Your Contact number)
• Budget for your Order (If you have any budget for ordering or you are trying to stay on budget for your order)
• Production and shipping speed (Please mention your selected production, printing and shipping type, such as Express Printing/ Express Shipping)
• Product name/ Product number (Please provide product name or number if you have chosen already a product of us)
• Picture (Send us Picture of Inquired product if you have, and if not try to search online to find some similar item)
• Logo (Send us your company Logo, or design as pdf, vector, png)
• Shipping address (Share with us your exact shipping address, if you want your order to be delivered to your hotel, event, or fair trade show with exact details)
• Order receiver Info. (complete contact information of the receiver, mail, phone number and name)

Note: We don’t advise you and our clients to ship their orders to Exhibition Halls, or fair trade shows directly. As our Experience your order might take longer time to be delivered to you personally as most of the time exhibition centres management might not bring your order on time. Instead we advise you to provide your hotel/ office address.
