Customers by accepting our Terms and conditions and signing our Terms and conditions with order confirmation, are not allowed to cancel their order under any condition.

HMi is not responsible for any delays if happens during to the natural accidents such as storm, rain, earth quick, public holiday or any other reasons.

HMi does not accept any claims for delays in Shipping or deliveries, while most of the orders will be delivered by our third party partners such as DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, TNT or other shipping companies.
