Information about uploading file

Uploading files on hmi-ad is a part of our customers right to send us their printing files along with their logo.
We use customers uploaded file to print their orders, or branding on promotional products which they want. here are our terms and rules for uploading file on hmi-ad:

1. Upload safe files, no extra unusable files.
2. Upload files only with licensed images, logos and using no icons and logos from third parties without having permission.
3. Make sure what fonts and elements are using on your printing files.
4. If you are sending us your logo, send it with right format such as vector, ai, eps, pdf, png.
   Try not to send us your logo as image, jpg, or jpeg.
5. Compress your files before uploading and sending them to us.
6. Uploading file can take time which we ask you to have patient for that.
7. We might use your logo on our website for presenting our company, on any of our websites. No commercial usages, only for presenting our company.
8. We make sure no other companies get access to any of your uploaded files.
9. We use Internal Anti-virus scanners to scan files which are uploaded on our website.
10. Uploading files does not mean that your order will process automatically. We only process orders after payment confirmations.
11. Supported and accepted file formats are:
    PDF, ai, EPS, Vector, PNG, Jpeg, jpg, Zip files.
12. We check one by one all the files uploaded, and we might need license for images, icons, logos, fonts your used in your files. 
    Please Note: If you don’t share your license or official permission of using logos, we might stop your order process, which can delay your delivery time.
13. Your uploaded files are safe on hmi-ad server, and no other companies, or third parties will get access to them without our permission.
14. If you would like us to design your advertising, leaflet, flyer, brochure, catalog, business card, Roll up, or any other printing products, you might consider to add a pdf file describing some informations you would like to have in your design.
