Door to door and visiting different marketing agencies and IT companies didn’t help us to find what were looking for.

Why IT companies?
Because we thought maybe a professional website can help us to present our self better on internet which it might cause us more customers.

There were off curse companies who were able to help us, but not as small project or with same budget. Bigger companies were looking for big projects, and were not interested in small projects such as us as a start up business.

For a website which we were looking to create some companies asked us for 10.000 €, and some 25,000 € and some more amounts. However the cheapest offer we got was still out of our budget. We have decided to take credit from some institute and finally we hired a company who offered us 10K to 12K Euro to create us a professional website only.

The company asked us around 90 days to start our project with an advance amount of 2,500€. 
After 90 days, we got a PDF showing us a simple front page of a website which needed many improvements.
The hired company came back to us with a 15 pages PDF asking us questions. Questions about what is our plan, who is our target customers, why we have started our business, what colors do we like to have in our website, what elements, what content, what images, and so on.
After asking us so many questions which we didn’t have answer for even 1% of them, they asked us for our Logo.
We didn’t know who can create us a logo, and we started looking for a professional graphic design company who can help us with our designing and other tasks.
We found no one matching our needs with our budget.

We got back to the IT company we have hired, and told them we don’t know what to do. Where to start, and how to provide the information they were asking for.
To get to this point, took us around 9 months. Which time was gold for a new startup business, and was costing us money.

No, the IT company was not able to complete our project in time, and with our agreed budget.
It turned out that thew were not able to finish our project and we have started considering with them to cancel and stop our contract.

We went back to the market to look for another solution, we have though maybe an advertising company can help us. We have started looking for an advertising company and we thought maybe it’s better to do some printing advertisings such as leaflets, brochures, and have some uniforms for our staff.
Agin we ended up to the same problems, which we needed logo, designs, printing layouts and such things.

Advertising companies were not helping us, while they only were looking to charge us per hour and do our job with rush and trying to finish our jobs with weeks. which makes them charging us more, and more.

This was not also helping us, while we needed a group of people, or a company who were able to help us from beginning to create a complete presentation for our business.

After around 18 months of looking and searching, trying different marketing methods and online ad campaigns, we gave up.
Not because of our business not growing up, because of not having a right company to corporate with.

The whole story made us to come up with establishing a company which can provide the same services and products to other businesses.
Since 1989 we have an advertising company in Dubai, which made us to decide easier to start our own company. We were not very new in this field, not because of our company in Dubai. But because of the experience we had recently for our own business in Germany.

We have seen how other spoken to us, how they have served us, how others has tried to sell us useless products and many more things. At the other side we knew also as a customer what we needed in that time, what supports did we want, what products and so on.

All of these helped us to establish HMi in back 2018 in Germany. We have started our own Advertising company because we saw that there are no other companies offering and providing our services to businesses locally and internationally.
At the beginning we started to give our printing orders to other companies, and IT or online projects to other companies.

After a while we understood that this was not also helping us. Prices were very high, services were very bad, supports and customer services were not as expected.
Therefor we have started to do our other tasks also in house. We started developing our company by completing courses ignorer to be able to offer a complete online services by our self.
In a while we have started making our own printing shop to offer printing services also in House.

This is how we started HMi in Germany. After a while we have used and took benefits of our mother company in Dubai to develop more and grow more in a right way.
