I had an exhibition, trade show or an event. I wanted my orders to be delivered for my event, and as the tracking says my order is still not delivered. Can I ask an order Cancelation?
Unfortunately No.
At hmi-ad as we offer only customized and individual products branded with customer logo, we never accept any type of Order cancelation or claims for that.
I am flighting back to my country and still didn't received my order. How can we arrange a new delivery?
If you are going back to your country we can send you your orders to your address in any where and any country.
However the new costs of shipping, costume costs and other fees will be invoiced as a new invoice and the customer must pay all the extra charges and fees in 100%.
We can also arrange to keep your goods for your next event if you are visiting Germany or other countries in Europe in order to avoid extra expenses.
Contact us and our support team will arrange you anything you wish.
Note: For delivery to abroad, 100% of the costs of new international shipping must be done by the customer. HMI does not accept any fees for new shipments.
It shows that My order has been delivered, but I did not received my goods. What shall I do?
Contact our support team via Phone, Email or What’s app.
We will contact the shipping company and try to get information ASAP and update you.
This process might take time around 4-10 days as our experience.
Does HMi accepts responsibilities for delays in Shipping process?
No. We as HMI do not accept any responsibilities for delays, damages or lost packages and shipments by Shipping companies.
HMI can be responsible only for it own services, products and contracts which made directly at HMi.
I am visiting another Exhibition or trade show in next month at Germany, Can I arrange a new shipping to my new Event free of charge?
Depending on your order, order type, product or services you have ordered, and the volume of your order.
In some case we accept the costs for new shipment which most of the time we don’t.
Usually our customers must pay the full amount of new shipping cost in order to deliver to a new address.
