As we have mentioned and written in our terms and conditions, Rules and regulations of HMi - we do not accept any returning and order cancelations at hmi-ad.

Why we do not accept any claims at HMi?

or its better to ask why we don’t accept any returning, cancelation or claims at HMi.
We can answer to this question very simple. We do not have and don’t accept any returning’s, cancelations or money back requests at
hmi-ad because we offer only customized and individual products and services.

Up to 70% of our time will be already wasted before an order starts being printed or shipped to the customer.
In fact for a single order, we need a team of 26 people to get involved for an order be done and delivered to the customer.

Because of that we at HMi do not accept any claims or returning requests at all.

Meaning of HMi

HMi is Stablished 2018 in Germany to fill the gap between customers and businesses. We at HMi help you to do professional marketing starting from scratch to the end which comes to sale.

Same Day Delivery orders:
Is only available for some cities, areas, and orders.
For same day deliver, we deliver goods directly by our drivers to the customer. 

If we accept/ offer Same Day Delivery, an additional fees will be added to your invoice for that.
Depending on the time we set delivery, the item you order, and the day of the week you request to deliver your order.

 

We only accept “Order Claiming” if one of the following situation is happening:
• Order Lost
• Order being delivered but damaged
• Order Did not delivered on time
• Order delivery is still pending

Our shippings are always including insurance, and if your order got lost or damaged, we will replace them only after approving by the shipping company.
We never ship goods to our customers without insurance or tracking number.
Ask your sales agent or contact our support team to get your Tracking Id of your shipment.

Note: We do not accept any money back or order cancelation at any circumstances. We only can offer a replacement of your goods and ship them to your old or new shipping address.

Note: Order Claiming, Order Loss, Shipment loss, Order Damages claim, and other unusual happening occasions takes 2-4 weeks to be tracked, followed up and get an update.
If you have filled up the Order Claim Form, you must wait at least 2-4 weeks to be contacted by our support team. If you did not received any call, or we didn’t contacted you call us directly and ask our support team to follow up only after 4 weeks.

How we process the Order Claiming’s at HMi?

First, we receive a claim from our customer per phone, mail or directly.
Second, We send a Order Claiming form Link to fill up.
After receiving the complete form with all the information, we contact the shipping company directly and open an Investigating case.
Usually Shipping companies takes 7-10 working days to get back to us.
Third, we send the report to our logistic department to approve.
If only needed we will forward to to our lawyers to claim for Refund and we reply your order with the same item branded and printed as mentioned on the invoice.
Forth – as the last part, we deliver the replaced goods directly with a new shipping to your old or new address.

The whole process of tracking and claiming by the shipping company takes usually 2-4 weeks time. In some case we also experienced longer than 8 week which is not very often happening.

At hmi-ad as we offer only customized and individual products branded with customer logo, we never accept any type of Order cancelation or claims for that.

If you are going back to your country we can send you your orders to your address in any where and any country.
However the new costs of shipping, costume costs and other fees will be invoiced as a new invoice and the customer must pay all the extra charges and fees in 100%.

We can also arrange to keep your goods for your next event if you are visiting Germany or other countries in Europe in order to avoid extra expenses.
Contact us and our support team will arrange you anything you wish.
Note: For delivery to abroad, 100% of the costs of new international shipping must be done by the customer. HMI does not accept any fees for new shipments.

No. We as HMI do not accept any responsibilities for delays, damages or lost packages and shipments by Shipping companies.
HMI can be responsible only for it own services, products and contracts which made directly at HMi.

Depending on your order, order type, product or services you have ordered, and the volume of your order.
In some case we accept the costs for new shipment which most of the time we don’t.
Usually our customers must pay the full amount of new shipping cost in order to deliver to a new address.
